What the Institute owns and holds
The Propulsion Revenue Institute™ provides four products. The Institute owns them, holds the data they produce, and is your point of contact for all of it.
Diagnostic Revenue Map™
Your answers across the eight Propulsion Stations™ and the handoffs between them.
Revenue Dam Summary™
The Revenue Dams™, Organizational Noise™, priority stations and estimated revenue exposure, with the eight Station Reports.
Revenue Propulsion Blueprint™
Your priorities, ownership, Revenue KPIs, station projects and implementation sequence.
KPI Control Center™
Your Revenue KPIs and Operational KPIs, measured every week. The relationship in the Control Center is between your company and the Institute.
Your company keeps ownership of the underlying business and customer information it provides. The Institute owns its methodology, questions, terminology and the products above, and uses aggregated, de-identified results to produce research and industry benchmarks — never your company’s identifiable data.
If you want it implemented for you
End of Funnel™ is a separate, independent implementation company. It builds and operates the Revenue Production Engine™. It does not receive your data unless you say so.
- Referral. The Institute refers you to End of Funnel™ when you want the Engine.
- Your order with End of Funnel. You purchase the Engine from End of Funnel under its own agreement with you.
- Your authorization. As part of that order you authorize End of Funnel to access the data the Institute holds for you — your Map, Summary, Blueprint and KPI Control Center™ data.
- A copy to the Institute. End of Funnel provides a copy of your authorization to the Institute, which keeps it on record.
- Access begins. Only then does End of Funnel receive the data it needs to do the work.
No purchase is required to use the Institute’s products, and authorizing access does not oblige you to buy anything further. About the Engine at End of Funnel™ →
